Our story
A Little Piece of El Salvador
We opened on W Broadway because Pearland deserved the real thing -- thick, hand-pressed pupusas, slow-cooked stews, and curtido that's been fermenting just the right amount of time. Every plate that leaves our kitchen is something we'd proudly serve at our own table.
This is a family operation, and it shows. You'll likely be greeted by someone who also made your food. We keep the menu tight and focused so nothing sits around -- just fresh, honest cooking that doesn't need much explaining once you take the first bite.
